There were 20 new home listings and 17 homes sold on island. The number of total homes sold from January to July 2025 is up 9.89% compared to same period a year ago.
There were 10 new condo listings and 6 sold listings on island, the number of total condos sold from January to July 2025 is up 12.5% compared to same period a year ago.

There were 15 new condo listings. Although there were only 4 sold listings, the number of total condos sold year-to-date in 2025 is up 16% compared to same period a year ago.
