February 14, 2020. Celebrate Valentine’s Day with with your significant other, best friend, family, or anyone special to you on a sunset sail on a National Historic Landmark — the Roseway schooner. February 8, 2020. Project Promise’s 4th Annual Fundraising Event, Havana Nights is back and once again, Fort Frederiksted will be transformed into Old Havana. The event will feature music entertainment, buffet style Cuban food, Salsa dance lessons, a silent auction, and more. Read more here.

Island Survival Excursion

Island Survival Excursion

February 1-8, 2020. In a one of a kind adventure, excursion participants spend 8 days in an island survival adventure. Expert instructors will teach you about shelters, fire techniques, traps, water purification, net weaving, spear fishing, pottery, basket weaving and edible/medicinal plants of the islands. Then, as a group, you will go to a remote location for 4 days, testing yourself on the island. Read more here.

St. Croix Scenic 50

January 25, 2020. As challenging as it is beautiful, the St. Croix Scenic 50 course takes runners up heart pounding climbs and quad screaming descents in the tropical winter heat. St. Croix Environmental Association’s New Bird Blind Takes Shape

The St. Croix Environmental Association’s new bird blind at Southgate Pond will give residents and visitors to St. Croix a comfortable, unobtrusive place to observe more than 160 species of birds that live or visit the island.
