On December 26, Un Amore has ‘Yappy Hour’ for you and your pet. Looking for something to do after Christmas with your pets? Un Amore is offering their ‘yappetizers’ and puppy cocktails to satisfy a variety of palates.

Limpricht Park Comes Alive for the Holidays

On December 7th, various groups decorated the Limpricht Park’s 13 trees for Christmas. The public forest came alive the tree lighting and carol singing were enjoyed by many in the community. There were strolling singers and groups on the steps of the Lutheran Church and Athalie McFarlane Petersen Library. The University of the Virgin Islands Concert Choir, Gentlemen of Jones and singers from Lord God of Sabbath Church provided the beautiful music. Read full St Croix Source article here.

 

Beauty and the Beast Triathlon

Beauty and the Beast Triathlon

This marks the 31st year of St Croix hosting athletes from around the world in the “Beauty and the Beast Triathlon.” to take place on December 8. This course is one of the longest-running triathlons on record.  A gorgeous swim in Christiansted harbor transitions to a scenic yet challenging ride that takes athletes up the world-famous 15% average grade climb known as “The Beast”. The run goes east from Christiansted, through the glorious grounds of The Buccaneer Beach and Golf Resort.
