I have known Chris and Christie Powers since they first moved to St. Croix in 2004. They have assisted me in selling my properties as well as managing my rental properties. In both cases, I have found Chris and Christie to be a knowledgeable, honest, and competent real estate team and wonderful friends. I highly recommend them for all your real estate needs. Additionally, they have lived on St. Croix for many years and know the island intimately.
We had been using Chris & Christie for 3 years on a off and on basis and the were extremely patient and still found places for us to look at when we would visit. Once we decided to make the move and found the place their customer service kicked into overdrive. This is the 4th house we bought and I have never had better service then from them. They went out their way to get our closing done. I highly recommend them.
