Our Story

Before moving to St. Croix, Oregon was our home for over 20 years. We loved it, but decided to search for a sunnier place to live. We wanted a small town feel, friendly people, sun and warmer weather. Chance brought us to St. Croix in 2002, and it was love at first sight! The azure Caribbean Sea, bright sunny days, and gorgeous tropical plants enchanted us. It seemed too beautiful to be real! However, it was the wonderful people of St. Croix who won our hearts! Now we can’t imagine living anywhere else! St. Croix is home, which we happily share with our dogs and cats – all Crucian rescue animals.

We’ve worked together everyday for over 20 years, and as Crucians say, “We pull good together.”  Working as a team, you, as our clients, benefit from our individual and shared strengths as we guide you through every step of the buying or selling process. We strive to meet your goals, answer your questions, and listen to what’s important to you. Whether buying or selling, we understand that changing where you live is a big decision.
