Trumpeter and music arranger Rashawn Ross of the Dave Matthews Band has found a way to assist and motivate USVI students who love music following two back to back hurricanes. Working with an American manufacturer of musical instruments for concert bands, marching bands, and orchestras, Mr. Ross secured large discounts to local schools in all three island districts to replenish the instruments lost in the storms.
